Context
The HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht was looking for ways to implement new ways of working. Floorish led the project that focused on collecting innovative, effective and human-centred ideas to make the transformation a success.
Contribution
Facilitated a group of 20 teachers through a process of reflection, with the help of Theory U principles and constellations, on their work processes, leading to in-depth insights on what their future work could look like.

1. New insights on education and teaching needed in the twenty-first century
2. Communication material about the desired work environment, involving a new work vision
3. A presentation of the collected ideas on how to promote the desired change at the University
