Challenge

In an effort to cultivate a more inclusive environment, a tech company embarked on a journey to enhance its employees’ knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion, initiating the process through several workshops.

Solution

After carefully evaluating the specific requirements of the company, a thorough exploration was undertaken to identify and select the most fitting diversity, equity and inclusion workshops that addressed its utmost needs: Unconscious Bias, Inclusive Language, Practical Allyship and Parents & Carers’ Support.

Results

1. Delivered the workshops Unconscious Bias, Inclusive Language, Practical Allyship and Parents & Carers’ Support to over 200 employees 
2. Expanded the employee resource groups available to its workforce, providing additional support and opportunities for employees
3. Committed to sustaining the diversity, equity and inclusion endeavours by initiating an in-depth survey as a crucial step towards continued progress
