Challenge
An international utility company wanted to increase its diversity, equity and inclusion efforts by leveraging (new) events of its employee resource groups for branding, business development and recruitment purposes.
Solution
Suitable diversity, equity and inclusion-related events were organised and opened up to clients and partners. The events and approach of the employee resource groups were professionalised to comply with the expectations of the external audience.
